Background: Ludwig's angina is an infection of the submandibular cavity in form cellulitis that rapidly progressive and potentially life-threatening. Neutrophils lymphocytes play important role this process. Neutrophil-lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) a simple biomarker to evaluate systemic inflammation. We aimed determine association between NLR various prognostic parameters patients with Angina. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted using medical records Angina treated at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Surabaya, Indonesia, January 2018 – December 2021. The cut-off value calculated receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve. severity, length stay (LoS), mortality were analyzed SPSS version 23 for Windows. Results: recruited total 96 patients. values are divided categorically into low high 16.86.
